Your monthly membership with Simplify Your Tech is $249 per month.
It includes access to the entire platform features, including Communities and Online Course Hosting in addition to everything noted in the video above (CRM, automations, website/landing page hosting, social media scheduling, emails, and more).
More importantly, you will have membership is a private Community just for SYT members, where you will receive support and tips. Kat hosts weekly "Ask Anything" Office Hours for additional guidance and support, along with a weekly SYT community implementation coworking session, "Make It Happen."
You also receive access to the Online Learning Hub, including updates, and email support.
When you become a Simplify Your Tech client, you can choose the option of a $499 setup fee, which includes migration of your website domain to CloudFlare and set up to be hosted on the SYT platform. You will also have your dedicated email professionally set up.

Simplify You Tech is a monthly membership, that gives you access to all the resources you need to run your business in one place, for a small monthly investment. It streamlines and makes easy not only your business technology, it makes your accounting simple, and you don't have to account for multiple fees every month.
Because all of your business tech is one place, you're not paying for multiple services.
For example, because your website is hosted on the Simplify Your Tech platform, you will save potentially hundreds of dollars per year on web hosting. Additionally, no more paying for a calendar booking service, CRM, social media scheduler, automations, email responder, or email campaign manger.
Some clients save over $400/month by using Simplify Your Tech and integrating their services.
No. Simplify Your Tech memberships are month-to-month.
We think you'll love it, though, and will want to be with us forever. 😍
It happens sometimes. For whatever reason, you may decide it isn't a good fit.
If it is within three days of purchase - and no work has been done on your account (such as setting up/migrating your website domain), we will offer a full refund.If it is outside the 3 days, we will cancel the account in 30 days.
Any payments due within that 30 days are still applicable.
When you subscribe, you will have access to review and sign the SYT Terms and Conditions.
Absolutely understand why you would ask. Processes are in place for Simplify Your Tech to continue with uninterrupted service to clients.

Every week, you will get a "This Week in Simplify Your Tech" newsletter, informing you of dates/times for Office Hours, Make It Happen sessions, and anything else coming up that will be of interest for you.
When you become a client, you will also be invited to download the Simplify Your Tech calendar, where you can see at a glance everything happening in the SYT community.
Additionally, regular announcements happen in the private SYT Facebook group, including links to join things like Office Hours and Make It Happen sessions.
If your current website is on ClickFunnels, there is an option to import.
Otherwise, we suggest re-creating the current website in the Simplify Your Tech (SYT) builder, and then migrating the URL so that the one on the SYT platform is the one live on the web.
Simplify Your Tech support can help you with the migration, so that you don't have to figure it out yourself.
Because the Simplify Your Tech web builder is integrated into the platform, it is not possible to just download your website and upload onto another site.
You would have to re-create it on the other platform, then migrate the hosting.
Investments are set up through Stripe, which also integrates with Google Pay.
Bank transfers are an option for the Done-For-You and the Done-With-You setups - please contact [email protected] to discuss this option.
The Simplify Your Tech platform has an integration with Wave and QuickBooks online, that makes your accounting extremely simple.
If you use Xero, you can utilise a connector like Zapier to create an integration.
They are adding new integrations all the time, so it may just be a matter of checking in with Kat to see if your software is now a native integration.
Absolutely. There is an option for a "maintenance plan", where Simplify Your Tech does monthly updates for you. We can also organise your social media posting, and newsletters. Just contact Simplify Your Tech support, and we can discuss bespoke options for you - with competitive pricing.

For every person you refer who becomes a client, you will receive 10% of their membership, as long as they remain a client.
Affiliate payouts happen on the 15th day of the following month.
Support is the heart and soul of Simplify Your Tech, and the foundation of everything we do. It's also what sets Simplify Your Tech apart from everything else out there.
You will be invited to a private community group of only Simplify Your Tech clients. You'll be able to ask for support, and offer it to others if you want to be of service. It's a great place to post questions and see what others are doing.
You can always email or send a FB Messenger to Simplify Your Tech - and we'll respond within 2 business days (usually a LOT faster, to be honest).
You can bring your questions to Office Hours, and get individualised support, as well as see what others are doing and learn along with them.
You are encouraged to bring your projects to the weekly coworking sessions, Make It Happen. Not only will you have dedicated time to work on your business (and we all know that magic happens when you focus on a project in a Zoom room with other people), you can request a "hotseat" to help your brainstorm ideas for your business - like a lead magnet, a title for your social media, or anything else with which you may need support.
Plus there is always the private Facebook Group, just for clients of Simplify Your Tech. You are always encouraged to drop questions there, as the community encourages and supports each other.
So if you haven't joined the Facebook Group yet, I highly encourage you to do that now.
Absolutely! It's very simple to add "staff" members to your account - and you control what access they have.
For example, if you don't want them to have access to your client list, you can turn off that area.
When you're ready to add team members, just email [email protected], and we'll get you sorted.
If you want to be up and running ASAP, you have two options:
1 - Sign up for the Done FOR You option with Simplify Your Tech (see FAQ above)
2 - Sign up for the Simplify Your Tech membership, and commit time every day to go through the Learning Hub and attend Office Hours and Make It Happen. This is the fastest way to get up and running, and have it Done WITH You.
Simplify Your Tech accepts payments for the monthly membership through Stripe.
You have the option to set up your auto-payment monthly, fortnightly, or weekly.
